Our apartments offer high quality accommodation at reasonable prices; they have been restored with the aim of satisfying both the needs of short stay, as well as possible medium-length or long-term stay for work. The one bedroom apartments can meet the requests of singles as well as larger families. Our accommodation combines the elegancy of a historical building with the modern facilities, to reveal the hospitality of the authentic Czech atmosphere.
The location of our apartments is one of the most important features; they are in the heart of the city, in one of the best locations in Prague: by the Old Town Square, within walking distance from all the main attractions. As our buildings are on a small street, the apartments are quieter than one could expect in such a central location.
Our Old Town apartments are located in two different buildings on the same street. Kožná is a charming, cobblestoned street, just few steps from the magnificent Old Town Square
Apartments Kožná six are located in the Old Town, close to the Old Town Square and the main attractions of the historical centre. All of them are one-bedroom apartments, suitable for 2 persons or for a small families with one child.
Apartments Kožná thirteen are located in a historical building by the Old Town Square. There are only three apartments in our building, one apartment on each floor.
Apartment 1 is a large one room apartment which consists in one main room with kitchen corner and dining area, suitable for up to 3 persons.
Apartment 2 is a one bedroom apartment with separate kitchen, ideal for couples.
Apartment 3 is a one bedroom apartment on 2 levels, with a large living room with dining area and kitchen, which allows comfortable accommodation for 1 to 4 persons.
